Mission
We are here to keep you informed of the Democratic Party and its principles. By supporting and promoting the Democratic Party at all levels of government, KAD helps to maintain the TWO party system that is the key to our great democracy. Scope
We serve the citizens not just in Kingwood, but in the surrounding communities of Atascocita, Humble and Huffman, promoting values important to Democrats at all levels of government. Our club, like other clubs around Houston, is doing the important grass roots work needed to bring back the Democratic Party. Our membership is diverse: women and men; Hispanics, African Americans, Asians and Anglos; senior and younger citizens. As members of the Kingwood Area Democrats, we meet and work with elected officials, candidates and citizens who are here to make a difference in your quality of life. We promote higher voter turnout of Democrats, raise money for the Harris County Democratic Party and its candidates, and also encourage precinct organization and participation. |
